What a school. This week was the final week of the GAA 5 Star Program in Lincoln Elementary. We finished off with a mini Quick Handball Tournament, 3v2 Keep Away, 5v5 Keep Away and a Go Games Mini Blitz. Throughout our time with the Lions we have covered every area of the GAA 5 Star initiative. This wouldn't have been possible without the support, enthusiasm and hard work of Principal Mrs Kathleenann Cool and PE Teacher Mrs Diana Gillule, as well as all the teachers and support staff within the school. The VIP Children who came into every lesson with smiles on their faces and ears open ready to listen, learn and have FUN playing Gaelic Games were an absolute pleasure to work with. This is not the end of our relationship with Lincoln, it's only the beginning. Thank you to everyone for fully embracing the program and to Croke Park for giving Rockland GAA & Lincoln Ave this fantastic opportunity to always be remembered as the first GAA 5 Star Center outside Ireland. Congratulations to all the Lincoln Lions.
Tonight we had our Coach Review Forum which gave our Coaches the chance to review everything regarding their own coaching, how they and their team worked together, as well as areas of strength and suggested improvements for 2019 and beyond. Our foundations are very strong and that is down to all our dedicated coaches and volunteers who give so much to Rockland GAA

Thank you to Marco, Diana and Robert for coming to see us and as always thank you to Mrs Cool and Mrs Gillule for all your support
